I got this as a gift from my mom. I read the instructions and tried to use it, but honestly, using anything new for hair removal always scares me. This tool is great in theory but it removes hair by burning it. My hair is very black and thick, and as I did passes on my legs, I could smell the burning, but saw no difference on my legs. I guess you have to only use it on the right angle, which is hard to do on a body because bodies are curvy. I kept trying different angles, got burned, and have not used it again since. It is easier and faster to just shave.
