The most flavorful ramen broth I have tasted. The level of spice if just right not over powering. Just a hint. My daughter is obsessed with this soup. I make it in the microwave, but the aroma soap delicious that it smells like I made it from scratch.
These noodles are a step above all the others. They need four minutes for optimal cooking. You ledt them rest just one more minute, so that they have a soft texture and a creamy consistency , wich is delicious. Is the best noodle i’ve ever had. It’ highly recommended.
If you’re craving rich, satisfying ramen but don’t want to spend a fortune at a restaurant, Costco’s Tonkotsu Ramen is a total win. The broth is creamy and flavorful — you can taste that deep, pork-bone richness that makes tonkotsu so comforting without it being overwhelmingly salty. It’s hearty and smooth, with a good balance of umami and savory notes.
The noodles cook up perfectly in just a few minutes — springy, chewy, and not mushy — which gives it that authentic ramen texture. I love that you can easily customize it by adding soft-boiled eggs, scallions, mushrooms, or pork belly if you want to elevate it. But even plain, the flavor is satisfying and feels like a much more expensive bowl.
What I love:
✔️ Rich, creamy broth with real tonkotsu flavor
✔️ Great texture noodles that aren’t soggy
✔️ Easy and quick to prepare
✔️ Perfect for rainy nights, cozy dinners, or comfort food cravings
✔️ Excellent value for the quality
Final verdict:
A delicious, affordable way to get restaurant-style tonkotsu at home. Whether you’re a ramen lover or just trying it for the first time, this is a definite repeat buy at Costco. 🍜❤️
