2 reviewsIf you need a little pep because you didn't get enough sleep the nigh before or you need to study for a test and needed an extra hour or so to study. Then take this the next morning if you missed some sleep. Do not use this as a substitute for sleep. They work well when used responsibly. It's like drinking a cup or two of coffee with the coffee effects to your stomach. They are very affordable, and I have used them over the many years when I needed to because of needing to study late or I didn't get enough sleep from a sick kid in the middle of the night and I had to work in the morning and needed to be alert.
It kept me awake and alert. I was more productive and snacked less too! I would definitely take it agin. I, personally didn’t feel a “crash” that some people report it worked great for me.
