Like the other No Cow protein bars, this one is a bit dry and chalky. The flavor of this one is pretty decent and sort of offsets the aforementioned. The chocolate taste here is good, and the sea salt taste is fair if you are a fan of that. I like that this bar contains 20g of protein in it because it's more than competitors' bars.
