It is tasteless and filled with sodium. It is a snack to fill you up before an actual meal. The veggies are bland and you can hardly taste the chicken flavor

I don't know what you put in it, but I love drinking this Cup Noodle. My house is never out of noodle. My daughter and I drink at least 1 cup a day. The chicken flavor is our favorite and i love that the ingredients remains the same.
