So easy to use straight out of the box, however the manuals are easy to follow. There is a space to store all the different components that came with the machine. I love being about to use beans, pre ground, dairy, non dairy. Make a host of different drinks with the touch of a button. Cleaning is just as easy. The only downside is how quickly the drip tray fills and water empties however if you just treat it as part of the routine it's extremely easy to keep up with. The hot water feature is also not as hot as a kettle making tea a little lacking.
