It’s it’s so easy to use, just turn the dial to select thru the several cooking options from sauté, slow cook, bake, prove, simmer and braise and also a keep warm feature. The cooking pot is both dishwasher and oven safe. The slow cooker option allows you to choose between low and high temperatures ideal for busy family/work life to have meals ready to come home to. The cooking pot is stick free and cleans so easily, I’ve also noticed how energy efficient this is compared to my oven.
