I actually used these shoes for everything from running to HIIT and lifting. They’re a good style and color and nice and simple. Decent support. I switched to on clouds but don’t mind wearing these when in a pinch.

This is by far my favourite nike product! Perfect for the gym. Great fit and doesnt make the foot slide around. Its a good comfortable running shoe also! Anything nike makes is 10/10
