This is such a great tool to use when you want to work out but don’t have a lot of space! My friends and I use this in our dorm rooms and the flexibility of work outs is awesome for beginners or pros. It is great at keeping you on track and hitting your goals!

I was sooooo hooked to this! It's such an intelligent game, it basically CREATES a PERSONALIZED workout routine that's made just for YOU. I love seeing my progress on it. If you're someone who feels shy to join a gym, get this game. It's so cool. I have to get back on this.

The Nike connect training game is very good it's really over priced as is most video games it can be effective if it is used every day. I found it had got some glitches as to how you do the exercise, I would recommend if you had the space and time to use it
