Did I ever think I would be the person who spent $200 on vanilla? No. Prior to this I only bought store brand imitation vanilla. However, this vanilla converted me. My husband and I take cooking classes together frequently and ALL the instructors hyped this up so much. We finally caved and bought it and have never looked back. It adds so much dimension to bakes— really gives a full bodied vanilla flavor with no alcohol after taste. It makes everything better and more flavorful.
