I've always been disappointed in my baked good where the main flavor was vanilla. It seemed bland and dare I say a little chemically tinged. Meet high-quality vanilla bean paste. The moment I incorporated it into one recipe, I couldn't stop adding it to everything I made. Pancakes, overnight oats, sugar cookies, bundt cakes, etc. it's THAT good.
Word to the wise, if you're trying to bake with it, know that because it is a paste you will see little specs of vanilla bean in your baked goods. So maybe go with a high quality extract in your royal icing if you care about an even, clear look.

If you love vanilla and like to bake this is a must have. It has no alcohol so you can use extra without getting that chemical taste. You can see the specs of vanilla in it, even if all you do is bake cookies on occasion it makes a huge difference. Everyone notices it immediately and wants my recipe. I buy it at Peney Spices, Sur la Table or William and Sonoma.

Love this vanilla. Use it for all my baking. The flavour is really there and you don't need to use much of it. It is a good price for its value. And would definitely recommend it to everyone who loves to bake
