1 reviewsFor those of us who bake a lot and use the kitchen aid mixer, we understand the value of having a beater that scrapes the sides of the mixing bowl. I was so pleased to find this particular model as it does a great job of mixing cakes, icing and other recipes.
Just don't use colder than room temp butter, if the batter is too thick or butter too cold, the blade cannot handle it and it cracks.
