I am pleasantly surprised by how delicious this is! It is plant based, gluten free, and doesn't have fake colors or artificial flavors. The flavor is balanced and the aroma is beautiful so much so that I would love to have a bigger bottle of this. This product doesn't irritate the tongue at all and works well with savory salads but add some cranberries and it is chefs kiss!
