NEW YORK & COMPANY HAS ACCEPTED RETURNED MERCHANDISE FROM SEVERAL CUSTOMERS BUT HAS NOT RETURNED THEIR MONEY. I RETURNED A SUIT IN JANUARY, ON FEBRUARY 20TH I WAS ADVISED THAT MY REFUND WAS PROCESSING VIA EMAIL. NOW CUSTOMER SERVICE WON'T RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. THIS IS FRAUD AT THIS POINT.

This store offers fashions that have the latest trends. I purchased the sweater in this pic with a cutout detail in the front. They offer an array of items from dresses to shoes, from business to casual wear. They often have sales. I took off one star because the shipping can be quite slow.

Horrible customer service!!! Placed an order 22 days ago and 10 out of 11 items still have not even been processed. Cannot get through to customer service on the phone after waiting for over an hour. The representatives through chat will not give me an estimate of a shipping date & keep saying "no worries" it will come before Christmas (7 days away now). They also will not let me cancel the order. Their solution is for me to wait until I receive them & then return them. Just unacceptable! DO NOT ORDER from NY&Company.
