NY & Co is the worst. I returned 3 items and have been waiting 6 months for a refund that probably won't happen. Disgusted!

Returns have to be received within 30 days of the order date, which is especially ridiculous because they take a couple weeks to ship. Supposedly, per their website, returns take 7-10 business days to process. Seems long but I can deal with it if I know what to expect. My order was placed at the end of January, mailed back mid February, processed as received late February. On March 7th I called and was told I would have the return no later than March 20th. March 23rd I called in again. Representative absolutely refused to give me a time estimate to expect my return in and ended up hanging up on me when I asked for a supervisor. I called right back, again the representative would not give me a time frame. I was told no supervisors were available but that one would call me. Never happened. It is now April 6th. I still have not received my refund. Looking online, I gather that others are having the same experience as I am. I will update this review if I ever receive my refund (which I doubt more and more every day that that will ever happen). I will never do any sort of business with New York and Company again. I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I TRY TO GET MY REFUND FROM NY&CO, BUT IT IS UNSUCCESSFUL. They send me emails that say please wait for my refund, it' already been 14 business days since they received the package, I returned them.
