The New England eye opener is a blend of a light and dark brew which makes for a bold but not overwhelming 'medium' blend. It definitely has more kick than a typical morning blend but it's not bitter. I love this blend. As a heads up, it comes in a 6 oz bag whereas most of their other flavors come in 8 oz, so it works out to be a bit more expensive by weight but it's still a favorite of mine and I think it's worth it. That being said, its still not very expensive for coffee to begin with.

I just purchased My first bag of New England Eye-opener coffee a few weeks ago, and I love it. It's the perfect blend of light and dark which makes for a great cup of morning coffee.
