Neutrogena T/Gel has been one of the few shampoos that actually helps calm my scalp. The formula lathers well, cleans deeply, and leaves my hair feeling refreshed without irritation. The medicated scent is strong, but it fades quickly and the results make it worth it. After consistent use, my scalp feels healthier and far less itchy. It’s a reliable option if you need real therapeutic relief.

When my dandruff/psoriasis is flaring up I find this works really well to get it back down to a normal/manageable level. I have super thick wavy hair and this works really well for me. It lathers well and has a neutral scent. It is on the pricier side so it’s not my “everyday “ shampoo, but maybe once or twice a month to keep on top of things & I use another dandruff shampoo the rest of the time.

tgel is definitely good if you have dry itchy scalp...it helps soothe irritation and itch. I've purchased this before at Walgreens and I will definitely pick up another bottle again. If you have any scalp issues give this a try it will help your scalp.
