This red and blue light therapy light worked well for me. Disclaimer I don’t really break out too often but it has helped me reduce that even more and I did see improvement in my skin. I am letting my bestfriend try it who breaks out a little more and will keep you updated on how it works for her. I def reccomend trying it for the cost not bad compared to others.

Effective for skin . Only used it for couple of days but skin feels great after that . I would recommend this product . Use it consistently for better results
