Neutrogena® On-the-Spot® Acne Treatment
4.02 / 5 based on 2,732 Reviews
Some acne spot treatments contain high doses of the acne medication Benzoyl Peroxide, which can irritate skin. It can also cause redness and dryness, which can make acne worse. Our formula contains just 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide, yet is clinically proven to be so effective that skin starts getting clearer on day 1 – all without over-drying, stinging or burning skin.
This fast working formula is so lightweight that it quickly absorbs into skin. And it goes deep down to the pores to kill the acne bacteria that cause pimples and helps to prevent new ones from forming.
- Non-comoedogenic (won't clog pores)

Neutrogena® On-the-Spot® Acne Treatment
Normally on-the-spot acne treatments tend to disappoint me, but this one actually worked. Other products with benzoyl peroxide have also irritated my skin, but my skin has been left unirritated with less acne. I'd buy again.
This product is a product to get rid of acne so that it’s not there for long. I am not sure of the location that I bought it it’s a good value for the amount of product. This is very affective to help woht your skin. I would most likely buy it agin for myself .
I really like this on the spot acne treatment! This is the best acne treatment I have used so far for a quick fix. If I get an unexpected pimple, I apply this at night and it really helps! It reduces redness, dries out the area to get rid of extra oil, and shrinks the zit overnight! It's incredible. I love that I can use it on a concentrated area and that it makes a difference SO IMMEDIATELY. This is a great price and even though it is small, it lasts FOREVER, since you only use it in a small area.
this product can last you a long time, it can be a bit drying but you have to wear sunscreen since it contains benzoyl peroxide. for me, i’m not sure if it worked but i did see a little improvement.
I've used this for quite some time, my skin isn't acne prone so I only use this for emergencies. It works almost immediately healing redness and minimizing the size of my acne. I'd recommend
I have been lucky and have only ever had minor breakouts with 2 maybe 3 pimples pop up at a time. I found this back in high school and have used it ever since. As soon as I feel a pimple coming, or if one has already popped up, I use this product directly on the pimple and it makes it clear up SO fast! I did only give it 4 stars because it definitely does dry out your skin. But if you're careful to use it only on the spot that needs it, it isn't too bad. A little dryness is way better than a big ol pimple! I would definitely recommend this product to others for acne spot treatment!
Loved this! It helped clear up my acne and worked better than some prescription ointments I had tried. It's a spot cream that you apply to the inflames area & you will notice a huge difference with your acne within a day!
I love this product. I put this on areas I am more likely to break out in the morning and at night, a long with a oil free salicylic acid moisturizer. I can say I really never break out unless I do forget to put those on!
Best spot treatment acne that I've used so far. Affordable and super effective on the skin. My skin cleared up real fast when I used it every night. The price is good and gets the job done.
Neutrogena has always amazed me by the quality of their products and this one is not the exception. It really works and it met my expectations because it is really effective. I recommend it
