I figured I’d give this a try bc I usually use neutrogena stubborn acne face wash seen this claims to be calming soothing for redness with natural ingredients and it was originally $6 and some change I seen it was on sale for $4.50 at walmart so thought why not. Well first wash/try it burned the crap out of my face badly my whole face was so so so red and hot to the touch maybe it was a reaction idk but I do not recommend to anybody with sensitive skin at all!!!! I have sensitive acne prone skin but I’m not allergic to anything I think it was the fragrance in this maybe idk bc fragrance shouldn’t be an ingredient for your face.
I just finished my bottle of this face wash and I must say the fragrance is light. I was a little disappointed that the “redness soothing” characteristic of this face wash barely soothes the redness. You’re face is still red when you wash your face. If you have a red patch on your skin, it hella smooth that, but not as often as I hoped for. My skin tone is so in consistent. For the price, I wouldn’t mind purchasing it again, but I might as well try another one. Neutrogena® Oil-Free Acne Wash Redness Soothing Cream Cleanser
I had extreme acne and tried this product out during this. It wasn’t effective and it wasn’t disappointing. It worked to get rid of oils but acne never really went away. I would not buy this product again due to the fact that it didn’t help much with acne
I’ve used the cream product and also the gel and the cream is by far my favorite. It left my face feeling so clean and the redness was noticeably diminished. Compared to the gel, which left my face dry, this left my face hydrated and did not get oily throughout the day.
My go to face wash! I’ve been using this for about 5 years and it’s the only cleanser that my skin agrees with! I have fairly dry skin and I get red very easily and this helps with both of those.
This is my go to cleanser in the morning and at night, it hasn’t broken me out, my face doesn’t feel dry at all after using it. When I am massaging it into my face I can feel a cooling sensation, which then makes me feel clean! This is the only cleanser so far that has actually helped me with my acne!
I am so happy with this product! It does exactly what it claims to do. It is extremely gentle on the skin and leaves it feeling smooth. I noticed me having fewer breakouts since using this and my skin clears up so fast after a couple of uses. After one wash I also notice a huge difference in the redness of my acne spot! I highly recommend.
I have combination skin and tried this product when I was breaking out all the time, and unfortunately this product didn’t really work for me. The smell isn’t the greatest, but I believe they have a pink grapefruit version (?) so if you were to try this product I would recommend going for that one, unless you’re allergic to fragrance
This is a really thick cream cleanser and makes your face feel really clean after you use it. It doesn't burn your face when you put it on, but it gives you a refreshing and tingly feeling. I will keep buying this because it's not expensive and works really well.
I really like this face wash it really helped a lot when my face broke out a while ago, I used it daily and it dried out my face so I had to stop using it for a bit but I'm back to using it again
