Yes, it does take water-proof mascara off.

Yes. To make them a tad more effective I run them under the sink and it activates the soap a little more. But this is the best make up remover that I have ever used.

Yes, it doesn't take it off with one swipe though. You need to go over it a couple of times but it for sure will take everything off.

Maybe if you have a very light coat and scrub for a while. I wear 2-3 coats and use the dual phase remover that you shake up to combine in addition to the wipes for my face makeup.

You can have trouble sometimes, but the most difficult is water proof eyeliner

It does. Obviously waterproof mascara was designed to stay on your lashes, so it does take a while to get everything off, but of all the makeup removers I have tried, this is the only one that really works for waterproof mascara.

No. Not mine unless I rub my eyes pretty rough. I personally do not like wipes for waterproof mascara, ponds cream takes it completely off but can sting your eyes if it gets in.

Yes, and I always use waterproof makeup soo yeah. It takes off every bit of your makeup, but you should still rinse/wash your face off afterwards anyway just because it isn't used for cleansing the skin, only for removing makeup
