Yes but occurring to my makeup teacher she said not to use makeup wipes because they take of layers of skin! She said it's better to wash your face with a coconut oil and warm water !! :)

Yes it sure does, I tried these for the first time tonight and had on waterproof gel eyeliner and it was definitely easy to take off! Love these wipes

It removes my waterproof makeup. It can leave smudges if you try to just swipe fast. You should fold and press the wet towelette against your eyelashes if you're trying to remove waterproof mascara and liner. I almost always wear waterproof eye makeup, and these do work well.

It does, but you have to put a little elbow grease into it when you rub off your eyeliner or mascara. I find these to be one of my favorite drugstore make-up removing wipes.

If you're mascara is really waterproof, this would not take it off. For lip stains, because its a "stain", it almost soaks into your lips. These wipes will take off some of the color, but to fully get off lipstain, it requires exfoliation.

I use waterproof mascara and they take it off for the most part for me. they do leave black marks though, so I usually have to wipe my face a second time.

I don't have any trouble taking off my waterproof makeup with these wipes, it does occasionally leave a little black right where my eyelashes start but it isn't too hard to fix

The experience I had with these was not good. They take off all of the face makeup but did not do a good job taking off my mascara, and I always wear waterproof. So did not repurchase.
