Could this be used to make chocolate cover strawberries?

I have found the absolute best dipping chocolate is a bag of Nestle's, I usually use the Semi-Sweet or Milk Chocolate, one package of chocolate bark and a tsp of vanilla. I cover strawberries, make peanut clusters, cover pretzels....it works great! :)

Yes! Melt them in a microwave - 30 second intervals with stirring in between until they are nicely melted. If the chocolate is still thick & not "dip-able", add a little shortening to the chips & melt it in.

For sure! They work great to coat anything! I always make peanut butter balls out of them! (:
