Absolutely. Melt with a double boiler so they don't burn to the pan. I don't have a double boiler so I take a sauce pan with a little water and place a metal bowl with the chocolate inside and DYI my own. Just watch the steam it gets really hot.

Yes. The best way to make the chocolate not look chunky is to make sure you don't let a lot of water in between the chocolate and the strawberries. I always dab my strawberries with a paper towel before dipping them in the chocolate. 👍🏻

Of course. There are two ways: microwave or stove. Put a bowl in the microwave, set for thirty seconds, remove and stir then repeat. Over the stove you'll have to use the trickier method where you put them in a bowl over a pot of boiling water. The over all answer is yes haha.

Yes, but it would be cheaper and easier to use bricks of bakers chocolate. Either way, use a double boiler OR microwave in 30 second intervals in a bowl, and stir in between intervals. you can add a dab of crisco or coconut oil to thin to out a little bit. Not much though, pr it won't harden when it cools.
