I have been using the Nesco food dehydrator for years and it’s still running really good . I use it for almost everything : marking tea from my flowers in my garden, herbs , fruit ( my neighbor has a fig tree and we have extra to dry every year), my son likes to dry his apples , so many to name . I also make beef/chicken jerky . Once in a while I dry fishes too ( with that I just need a little extra soak for the smell ). It comes with 4 trays but I bought extra . It’s a little loud at first but after a while you’re get used to the noise . Highly recommend.
