Offered good support for my arches. They fit well as you can cut along the lines to customize the size. Overall they seem to be effective and haven’t worn down at all yet!

The insoles were very comfortable, I’d recommend them to anyone who’s been having pain in their arch or heel. The only issue I came across was that the insole didn’t fit into all of the shoes I tried. Other than that the product was amazing and truly helped me get more comfortable out of my shoes!

I believe this insert would be best for a flat footed person. For me it didn't work due to me higher arch. I did feel support on the pad and heel of my foot, just not my arch. The material felt of durable quality but unfortunately i personally need a little more arch support
