I’d heard many people rave about this product, and as a first time user I had some reservations. However, I quickly become one of those people doing the raving! I love that this is gentle enough to be both a cleanser and an exfoliating product. Which is great if you’ve been wearing make up and you just want that little bit more to make sure all the makeup is off.

The wash was a nice foamy consistency. It felt like it cleaned well however my skin did feel slightly tight afterwards. After continued use I did start to break out in a bumpy, itchy rash along my jawline and on my cheeks. I don’t usually have sensitive skin and have a very good consistent skin care regimen so I am guessing that I may be sensitive to a particular ingredient.

It's been a few weeks since I began implementing Neostrata into my skin care routine. The foam cleanser is not as stripping as others I have used in the past however it left my skin feeling tight and in need of moisturizer. After a few uses I eventually noticed some drying in the cheek and forehead regions on my face. I would like to try it again in perhaps the summer as a second step in double cleansing.
