I am always on the hunt for a deeply hydrating daily moisturizer. My skin is super prone to drying out due to my work environment. I need all the help I can get. I found this guy on sale for $24CDN and figured it was worth a shot. I have used products from NeoStrata before and was impressed but I guess I am just swayed by the glitter and glam of Sephora when shopping for skincare. This cream is super thick and rich. I was worried that it would be too heavy for day to day wear. Thankfully I was mistaken. It has a “Triple Emollient Blend” of moisturizers. Shea butter, Glycerin and Petroleum. The trifecta of skin hydrating ingredients. My skin is left silky, soft and plump with moisture. I was also worried about my skin breaking out due to the heavy emollients listed, but thank goodness I have never had an issue! You want to ensure you let this settle down into your skin before applying makeup as it doesn’t play nicely with foundation or powder.

This is a magical cream! I’ve used Neostrata before and I loved it! They never fail to impress me. I picked this up last month because I wanted to find another affordable moisturizer and forgot all about this brand! This was my first time trying their restore moisture infusion hydrating cream and I’ll be repurchasing! The moisturizer is light weight, light scent, barely any. I saw other reviews mentioning it being a heavy cream, but those were older reviews so they must have changed the formula. It makes my skin look super smooth, plumps your fine lines, and hydrated all day! I love that light glow on my skin, but not oily look. This does that for you! You can put a little bit of setting powder on your T zone and leave the rest of your face to naturally glow with this moisturizer! ✨
