I’ve been using this product for a couple months and I’m sold. I normally can’t grow fingernails…I have fingernails! My skin feels better and my hair has stopped shedding!

The results don’t start coming in until a few months but that is to be expected. Eating healthy and keeping hydrated with things other than water also helped. My skin has improved a bit. It doesn’t give you fishy burps which is nice. Overall I think that you get what you pay for if you can grab these on sale! They come in a dark bottle which helps with longevity as well but you should still store them in a cool dark place. I’m not sure about heavy metals though since it is marine based.
