I started switching from eating white eggs to brown eggs this year! I can definitely tell a difference. The brown eggs, especially the free range and/or organic ones do taste better. Even the shells seem to break and feel different! The only complaint is the plastic packaging it comes from. They should switch to cardboard so that it's better for the environment as well as their mission statement.
I always keep these in the fridge for their great flavor, and free range style eggs. They’re perfect for hard boiling, omelettes, or any recipe that calls for eggs. It doesn’t hurt that the different color brown shells are cute, too!
