Great and simple to use product that really works those neck muscles. I tend to hold a lot of stress and tension in my neck and this product helps a lot. You're able to use the arm straps to adjust the pressure which is very convenient. My only issue is that the power supply can be easily unplugged. Otherwise it's a quality neck massager and the heat really helps.

The only downside is that it has just two modes: with heat and without. Honestly, the heat doesn’t get as warm as I’d like — you can barely feel it. Overall, I’m giving it a well-deserved 5 stars.

Extremely effective! The massage truly works, as does the heat. Everyone in my household uses it. I purchased the model that must be plugged in, but still very portable. Great purchase!
