Warning: this massager can get pretty intense! I use it often in the middle of the day when I've been at my desk for a few hours and my neck starts to feel sore. By default, it is set to "vitality" mode, and when the device is set high on my neck (as I think it is supposed to be), it is somewhat painful for a minute until things loosen up. That said, I recommend playing around with positioning to target different areas on the neck/shoulders. This device seems legit, but I have to say the included instruction booklet is not very informative about best practices, so experimentation is needed. After ten minutes of use at my desk, I tend to feel better! The only thing I would change about this is the heating function. Since the heating element is behind the massage nodes it does not actually touch the skin, so the heating doesn't really do anything. That's unfortunate, as I think a working heat element would make it even better!

Absolutely love this neck massager. I think the heating function is my favorite part. This massager actually grabs a hold and massages my neck, which isn’t really attainable with a massage gun.

This neck massager isn’t made for all neck sizes. For smaller frames, the two bottom prongs push in too much and causes pain rather than relief. To have a good fit, you almost have to hold it in place constantly or ensure the handles do not move . It works okay, but overall it’s not a great product.
