Shout out to all my curly haired beauties out there cause we all know this is magic. I originally had purchased this one at Sam's or at Walmart. But point is, it's the bomb.com. Honestly any organic coconut onion works wonders, but this one was the one I used. If you take a small chunk and rub it in your hands it should melt nicely. After that just distribute it in you hair as needed. You can put in a bunch over night and use it as a deep conditioner. Then in the morning just wash and go. Your curls will be so bouncy and hydrated. I also sometimes use it as leave-in and combine it with my gel. Gives you the softest curls ever! Anyways, it's amazing and I'd recommend coconut oil to anyone with dry and coarse hair.

I love coconut oil. It has so many uses. I use it for many things- straight up moisturizer, a component in salves, an addition to the deodorant I make, as a spot treatment for minor wounds and as an occasional carrier oil when I'm blending essential oils.
Its consistency varies depending on the weather (runnier in warmer areas, semi or fully hardened in cooler months), which is the main reason I don't often use it solely in certain things I make, such as lip balms or lotions, where I want the consistency to be constant. I use it for cooking oil as well, but I choose refined coconut oil for that. Same health benefits without the "coconutty" flavor.

If you've never tried it, you need to go out and buy some coconut oil! I purchase mine from Walgreens usually and I prefer this brand because the price is always on the lower side price wise compared to other brands and I feel like its all the same thing for the most part they just make certain claims and boost up the price when you're getting the same thing as the cheaper version. I use this mainly as a skin moisturizer, I use it in my sons hair as a leave-in treatment for his dry hair, and as a carrier oil for my essential oils. But it has so many other uses like oil pulling and even using it for healthier cooking!

Gotta say,I only been using it for a week but I really really like it,I got mine at a Mexican store which is probably why I didn't find the brand here so I will just post a picture of the one I use, anyways I use it on my hair,I leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash it as normal and it gives it a shiny natural look, which for me it's great because of how damaged my hair is,I also use it under my eyes before bed and It seems to be helping with my under bags,so with that being said I recommend trying it if you wanna accomplish a natural glow on face and hair.👍🏼👍🏼 here is a picture of the one I'm using

Coconut oil is such a diverse product that can be used for cooking or body care. I use coconut oil every night on my lips and lashes to keep them soft and moisturized. I have bleached hair, so it's pretty dry. To keep it hydrated, I liberally add this to my hair (about) every 3 weeks. I'll leave the oil on for anywhere from an hour to overnight. Then I just rinse it out as much as I can in the shower, and shampoo and condition like normal. It's helped keep my hair soft and shiny, despite being bleached.
I also use it to moisturize my body, or mix it with some salt or sugar and use it as a body scrub.

Coconut oil has so many uses and benefits, I personally love putting this on my hair, I have long curly hair and after bleaching it became so dry and I got so many split ends I didn't even use heat on my hair and it still got really bad, I tried a lot of hair products to get the moisture back into my hair and nothing was working and then my friend told me that she puts coconut oil in her hair and I decided to try it and it works!!! I put it on from my scalp to my ends leave it on for about 4 hours rinse it off and it leaves my hair so soft and and it does not feel greasy at all, it really is amazing

I'm new to the coconut oil hype, but so far I can say the excitement is totally founded. I haven't tried it internally yet, but the external use has been amazing. I've only ever found one cream by Lush that made any difference, and it was very expensive. Enter, coconut oil! First, you will notice that it comes as a solid (unless the temperature is above 72 degrees, then it melts, which is ok, don't panic). You take a bit and rub it between your hands and it melts instantly. You're going to think first: oh yuck, I'm not putting this on my body! But please do: rub it anywhere and everywhere.

I HIGHLY recommend this Product because it is a must have besides using it as a #moisturizer that keeps your skin looking radiant and very soft and smooth throughout the day it gives you a shiny look which I love also smells #incredible it works as a #sunscreen which is #Natural and #Organic that is very important to me and #ChemicalFree I keep 3 jars spare always at my pantry and take it with me in my #beachbag when I go on vacations. I Love baking with it because it has a lovely taste and is a #Better substitute for butter or oil and more #Nutritious 👍 everyone try it at least once.

I use coconut oil for literally everything. Cooking, baking, substitutions, and for hair and skin care too! It is healthy when it comes to using it over conditioner and other beauty products but using coconut oil over other types of oil/fat for cooking doesn't make too much of a difference rather than flavor. It's slightly worse than butter in fact because it takes a higher temperature to melt because the fat chains are much longer so higher heat is required to break it up so you can only imagine what happens once it's in your body.

This is such a universal product not only can you cook with this but I also use this in my hair. When I feel like my hair is a little try I put this in my deep
Conditioner for me and my daughter. Also I use this in my bath water sometimes when I need a extra boost of hydration. It's great for using on your feet for extra super soft feet after a bath I just put a tiny amount on my feet and cover with socks the next morning my feet feel like butter! I don't mind paying the price because of the excellent results and overall product.
