I have been looking for a multivitamin that will cater to my needs as an over 50 menopausal woman. I know as I get older, the body will need different supplements and vitamins to be able to help age gracefully. I found this particular brand of multivitamin at my local whole foods market grocery store and it was priced at 33 which is very reasonable for 60 tablets. So I did as instructed and take this once daily with a meal and this will last approximately 2 months. I have not noticed anything yet when it comes to my energy levels because I wanted to see how it would be best treated either at night with my dinner or early in the morning with my breakfast. I will have to do an update at a later date surrounding the multivitamin and how it works with my body.
