This is the one probiotic I keep on buying! It works great to keep my guy biome balanced and also keep my feminine health in line. Since using this, I have not gotten sick or suffered any issues with my “lady parts”. It does need to be refrigerated, but this is a minor inconvenience given all the positive effects I have experienced. This is a product I definitely recommend for women!
