This is my go to product for my dog and his accidents in the house. I use this both on my hard wood floors and carpet, and it works great. It also has a nice smell that helps with the odor of the dog urine. Works super easy and is safe to have around my dog. It dries well and does not leave any residue.

Elderly cat occasionally makes a smelly mess. Instructions are easy to follow. Spray, wait 15 minutes and blot. Removes bad odor and stain very well (especially when it's fresh). Luckily the problem usually lands on hardwood floors but glad it also works on furniture and fabrics. Doesn't discourage cat from doing same thing in same spot. Average price.

This product retails for about $10–11—$10.77 on Amazon for 32 fl oz, or you can grab a two-pack for $21.54. For the price, the amount makes sense. Unless you’ve got animals constantly peeing and pooping all over your house (in which case you’ve got bigger problems), this is better for small messes. The smell? I like it. It’s clean and definitely knocks out odors. We’ve been using it on our hardwood laminate floors, and it works great—both clean feel and clean scent. For carpets, I can’t say yet. Our dog hasn’t had any accidents on them, and he doesn’t really hang out in the carpeted rooms. If that changes, I’ll update. Overall, I’d call this a solid product for the price. I also noticed they sell versions made specifically for hardwood and for carpet, so depending on what you need, that might be worth checking out too.
