My hair as been growing and feeling thicker with this gel vitamins. They are good size to sallow my hair has been feeling stronger and shiner. They don’t have a bad taste I take them every morning after breakfast they been working fine. There easy to open and keep them closed for the kids safety.

Soft gels are easy to take IMO. Three capsules a day is not fun to take but thank goodness each soft gels are pretty small, making it easier to push with water. The ingredients ate pretty good and regarding the smell, it’s not good but not as strong compare to other collagen soft gels. I’ve been on my two months taking it and I guess it’s pretty much no big results yet. Although my hair loss is minimal compare not taking it, I guess that helps. So yeah, I’d be gladly willing to take this as far as I needed it.
