I have a vanilla flavored agave nectar, is that okay to use for baking instead of sugar?

That's what I do when I bake and my family loves it! Taste just the same in my opinion.

No,although sugar and agave seem like the same thing,there is a huge diffrence.baking is a science.sugar has a different texture,which works as a caramelizing agent,as well as a thickener
