Compared to other protein bars, do these have more/less sugar, more/less protein, more/less calories? I have heard both that they have MORE sugar than other protein bars and that they have LESS sugar than other protein bars. Which is it?
If you're looking for a better bar (but less tasty) go for an Atkins brand bar, or something similar in the food supplement aisle - they're much higher in protein and have fewer carbs. This will be a better source of high protein/low carb, but don't over do it! Make sure to check with your doctor before any diet changes.
