Use these especially when it can be hard to sleep. Great if you're sick. They are very calming and help you get a good night sleep. 10/10

I have started to use the Nature Made Wellblends Sleep and Recover Aid Gummies for a bit. As a full time working mom with two kids it can take a lot out of you. I work out several times a week, and when I don't get a great nights sleep I wake up sore the next day. I started to use these on the days I work out or if I have had a stressful work day. I found that these help to naturally calm myself down. They don't make me sleepy, they just give me a feeling of calmness that helps me relax and be able to fall asleep easier. I am also finding I am not waking up as sore the next day. This is helping my muscules also get the rest they need to recover.It says they will start to work with in 30-60 minutes. I have found it takes about 60 minutes for them to work on me. The bottle is nice and easy to pick out in our cabinet, and easy to open. I first tried these when they were on sale, and I have to say it was money well spent. And by the time I run out there always seems to be deals or savings with Nature Made items.
