I absolutely love these sleep gels! They work very well and quickly. I wake up feeling refreshed and sleep a full 8 hours or more. They also taste pretty decent compared to other sleep supplements I have tried.

This melatonin is great if you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. This is a decent dose but not the strongest. I like the box packaging because it can be stored nearly anywhere and is easy to open. I will purchase this again if I have a need for it.

So here is the deal. These pills work, I fall asleep and I stay asleep. The drawbacks I dont like is 1- the price and 2- hard to find. I feel they are overpriced and leaves me to look for something comparable that is more reasonably priced.
