I took this prenatal before getting pregnant, during pregnancy and after. They work great and if you are breastfeeding this are a key to satisfactory supply. I used to take other vitamins and they will make me throw up everyone morning but when i change to nature made they were a game changer. It is not a large pill so is easy to swallow and you just need one daily. Delivering the right of beneficial nutrients and vitamins for you body during pregnancy which is a huge transition. The packaging is in a safe bottle that your curious little ones wont be able too open!! Highly recommend!

Took this prenatal pill for my whole pregnancy plus my 2 years postpartum. I tried a few others but nothing beat Nature Made, just 1 pill a day, no flavor, goes down easy, and has excellent ingredients. It’s a win for me.
