These vitamins are different than any I've ever taken... they are so neat! They are slightly big, but coated and easy to swallow. Since they are coated there isn't a chalky taste or after taste at all. I get mine from Walmart but you can get them from drug store.

I do not know the capsules of this brand but I must say that currently there are different foods or seeds such as chia that is rich in omega 3 which is good since it helps to lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels and although I do not know this brand I would recommend as omega 3 is necessary in our body and body and for diet.

Omega 3 is very important in our daily diet and these soft gels get the job done! 4 capsules a day and you're good to go! Doesn't have a fish smell and doesn't leave an aftertaste like most brands
