I have used Nature Made Melatonin 3 mg for both me and my children! They work amazing but sometimes you get used to the dose and have to take two tablets. My yougest was even able to swallow these when cut in half, and thats saying a lot because she has sensory processing disorder so she cannot swallow pills well. My other daughter had to always take two tablets within a couple days her body would build a tolerance to it. Im not sure if thats just my family or if its common but just thought I would throw that in there. I would recommend Nature Made Melatonin 3 mg for ANY adult looking for a non-addictive way to better sleep. But buyer beware I was told if you already have depression this could make it worse or if your prone to it. It might cause depression.

Melatonin is a life savor I work Night shifts at a hospital so I tend tend to have a hard time getting on a routine sleeping schedule. This stuff is amazing and it’s a natural hormone we produce which is awesome. I highly recommend for anyone who needs to get on a sleep schedule!
I've always had a hard time sleeping, and have tried a variety of both OTC meds and natural remedies to help fight my insomnia. Ever since I started taking melatonin, I have had no issue at all getting to sleep at a reasonable hour! I do find 3 mg to be a little strong, and it can make me a little loopy. Currently I am taking 1/2 and 1/4 sized tablets just to supplement my sleep, so I don't get too dependent. 😁 I usually take it around an hour before I intend to go to bed.

I’ve always had trouble sleeping, so I decided to try a natural product that wouldn’t make me dependent on it. I started by trying Nature Made Melatonin 3 Mg every two nights. The product definitely helped me by getting me sleepy 10-20 minutes after taking it. I really liked this product, but due to school and work responsibilities I started needing something stronger. I would definitely recommend if you have small sleeping problems!

Ive had this melatonin recommended to me by a friend and she says its a life saver on those nights you cant fall asleep, is this true or is she just pulling my leg?
