This my favorite supplements. It have lots of flavor that never disappoints me. Love the texture and the flavor as well. Very smoothly melt in your mouth. I’m in love with the results too. I gives me a relief when I felt I have to take a good sleep. I was having issues with the timely sleep. This kept me in tract to sleep it on time and have some rest. The value of this product make more sense to it.

Melatonin really helped me get a good nights sleep however I first tried the 3mg, then the 5mg, and then went to the 10mg. Best to try and find the strength that works for you.

I’ve been using these 10mg gummies for a few weeks, and they are a lifesaver for my occasional insomnia. The flavor is delicious and not so sweet.
