I take these Iron supplements every day because my last annual bloodwork came back that I was deficient in iron again. I appreciate that the tablets are small and easily swallowed even with other vitamins at the same time and that with 180 in the bottle, one will last for several months. The top is child proof as well, so if there are any kids in the house you don’t have to worry as much about them potentially getting into them. I think all supplements should have the child proof caps.
