I started taking CoQ10 to support my energy levels and heart health, and I’ve noticed a definite improvement. Within a couple of weeks, I felt less fatigued during the day and more mentally alert. It’s especially helpful if you’re taking statins, as they can deplete CoQ10 levels in the body. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach, even when taken without food. I’ve also noticed a subtle boost in workout endurance, which was a pleasant surprise. One important thing: quality matters. I chose a trusted brand with ubiquinol (the more bioavailable form of CoQ10), and I’d recommend others do the same. It’s doesn’t have a taste per se . Overall, a great addition to my supplement routine especially for energy, cardiovascular support, and general wellness.

Not the best quality of CoQ10. It’s definitely a cheaper form of the supplement, and I would recommend investing a little more money for something of better efficacy.

I take a lot of different supplements made by Nature Made. I really trust this brand. I am taking this for heart health and also for my high cholesterol. I really like the 400 mg soft gel because I only have to take one a day and that makes it a lot easier.

I’ve been using COQ10 for 2 months + because I wanted to improve my fertility chance of being a mother again. It’s said to improve antioxidant and heart function. The bottle of 80 softgels last over 2 months ( one a day), and it’s cost efficient. The softgel is small and easy to take with water. I am hoping to see a results, still waiting.

Ease of swallowing, best price & value for money. My husband and I take one every evening before bed. I believe COQ10 is essential for our heart health,This is a good product and hopefully, with good benefits for our health!

I took these to help with my headaches and migraines because I did some research and it said they can possibly help with that. I was desperate to fix my migraines because I’ve tried everything. I’ve taken these for about 3 months and so far have had less headaches than usual, although they’re not completely gone. I will continue using these.

These are slightly large but they are super smooth which makes them easy to put down the hatch, so to speak. My husband also takes these and prefers them over the gummies.

I have been taking these vitamins for the oast 3yrs as a recommendation from my doctor to help improve my heart healt hm. I have noticed a chance in the way that i feel if i miss a dosage.. these vitamins really work well.
