I would say it’s a good product but it didn’t take effect right away. I have been using it for a few months and it works finally. Would recommend for long time users.

My husband has started taking these daily to reduce his high cholesterol. They come in a 104 count bottle and you take 2 capsules two times daily. They are large capsules so make sure to have a full glass of water. They don’t have any bad aftertaste. I’m waiting to see my bloodwork results when I go back next month to see how well these work.
