i recently got this and have been using it under my concealer and it works so well! i was originally worried it wouldn’t have lasting effects and by the end of the day my makeup would look normal, but it left my eyes looking bright and hydrated all day!

Because I love most Ilia products I thought that this eyeshadow primer would be “the one“ but unfortunately it didn’t really do anything to lock my shadows in place. I have oily lids that tend to break down shadow which then ends up gathering in the creases of my eyelids. That didn’t change after applying this primer unfortunately.
