This is one of the best sleeping aids I have ever used. I would fall asleep so fast and would have no problem waking up. They don’t taste the best but they will work for you! They are more on the expensive side but I do have to say that they are 100% worth it. I would definitely recommend switching to this brand and leaving your other melatonin behind because this also has vitamins for you!

I slept well so taking these gummies they are very powerful and never make you feel cloggy in the morning going to sleep in the morning it’s essential and all and I love it 💜

Wow do these things so wonders. I have heard that people get side effects from them but I have not had any and have the best nights sleep

I didn’t really care for these. These did not work for me at all. Not sure why but I would not buy these. Melatonin does not work for me anyways so that is probably why they did not work.

These are really great. They help me get to and stay asleep. I would recommend and repurchase.

I was previously taking another brand of melatonin. This product was a higher strength and yet failed to make me tired. I also didn't notice any benefits to my hair or skin. Maybe it was a bad batch, maybe a placebo, I am not sure. I will stick to my old brand. The only real benefit was taking one pill vs two. I didn't even enjoy the flavor or texture.
